DROPSHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All transactions made by ANYCO PTY LTD (supplier) and to you (Dropshipper) are governed by these Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before submitting the application form. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and all updated information will be accessible on our official website anycostore.com
1. Confidentiality
The Dropshipper understands that all information is highly confidential including the product price, description, images, etc., and shall be used in the registered selling channels even after the termination of this contract.
All your company information will remain confidential and be only used for this partnership.
2. Trademarks
The Materials and content of our website is belong to us. Unregistered droshipping selling channels are not allowed to use unless agreed. As a registered dropshipper you are allowed to reproduce the limited content on the website.
3. Account Registration
To register as Dropshipping partner you have to provide all necessary information. You must provide the correct and updated company information. Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects from misuse and authorized access, modification or disclosure.
4. Order Processing
Dropshipper orders will be input manually through our CSV order template and will be sent to an auto-generated email, in which our system reads and process the order. As a dropshipper, you are solely responsible to double-check the order information before sending it. We are not liable for any order information mistake and we have the right to collect the charging amount that affects it.
It is the Dropshippers responsibility to timely check updated prices, product descriptions, stock level, etc., to avoid order issues. Dropshipper must copy the dropship feed link and paste it on the incognito tab to download.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product listed on the website has an incorrect price and description even if you have made the payment. However, if the payment has been made and the order has been canceled by us, we have the right to refund the amount paid to your registered Bank Account.
5. Listing Terms
You are allowed to list Anyco Products only on the stated selling channels above, unless Agreed. It is the Dropshippers’ responsibility to maintain correct product information including the latest product description , price, stock level, etc.
6. Price and Payment Terms
Dropshipper is allowed to choose preferred payment terms below:

All prices provided are Free Shipping and GST Inclusive. If there will be a payment issues we will contact you on the given contact information to discuss alternative payment options.
It is the Dropshippers responsibility to pay on time. Payment delayed within 1-3 working days is acceptable, if the payment period falls on a weekend or holiday. If the Dropshipper has a number of the overdue amount, we reserve the right not to process the order unless it has been fully paid.
Dropshippers are given a maximum credit limit of 500 AUD applicable within 3-7 days of payment terms, if exceeds, we reserve the right to collect payment upfront, unless agreed in writing that there will be additional credit.
7. Taxes, Duty and Other Charges
If the Business is Australian Registered payment shall be made to Australian Bank Account and 10% GST will be charged. If the Business is in New Zealand Registered payment shall be made on Australian Bank Account and 15% GST will be charged.
8. Shipping Time Frame
All products will be dispatched from our International Warehouse and shipment will take 10-15 days. We will provide the tracking number and the ETA will be given on the courier tracking site for your reference. However, in some instances, delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If the product is not received within the given time frame, please track your order or contact us.
9. Drop shipper Change of Mind Policy
It is the Dropshipper's responsibility to check and finalize the orders before sending them. Once received, the orders team will process it right away. The Dropshipper will be liable for any costs (shipping cost, packaging cost & product costs) if he will cancel the orders after sending them to the supplier more details can be accessed at https://anycostore.com/pages/returns.
