12 Month Warranty Terms and Conditions

• Anyco offers a 12-month warranty for goods that are specifically mentioned in the product listing on this website as having a 12-month warranty.

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the International Consumer Law. A significant failure entitles you to a replacement or refund. You have the option of having the products fixed (for minor defects) or replaced if they are of poor quality. 

• If the products have a minor fault, we can offer a partial refund if you decided to retain them; however, if the failure of the goods is serious and cannot be remedied, we will replace them or issue a refund for the whole purchase price, according to the terms and circumstances of this guarantee (in the event that it is not possible to repair the goods or a replacement is unavailable).

• If goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must provide photos for verification.

• Before returning the equipment to us for replacement, or refund, we demand that your report be authenticated by one of our personnel by sending photographic evidence such a photo of the product and its packaging box.
