12 Month Warranty Terms and Conditions
Anyco offers a 12-month warranty for goods that are specifically mentioned in the product listing on this website as having a 12-month warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the International Consumer Law. A significant failure entitles you to a replacement or refund. You have the option of having the products fixed (for minor defects) or replaced if they are of poor quality.
If the products have a minor fault, we can offer a partial refund if you decided to retain them; however, if the failure of the goods is serious and cannot be remedied, we will replace them or issue a refund for the whole purchase price, according to the terms and circumstances of this guarantee (in the event that it is not possible to repair the goods or a replacement is unavailable).
If goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must provide photos for verification.
Before returning the equipment to us for replacement, or refund, we demand that your report be authenticated by one of our personnel by sending photographic evidence such a photo of the product and its packaging box.
